Hello! I’m Kayla.

I am a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management with a major in Entrepreneurial Management and a minor in Marketing. With a solid academic foundation and diverse work experiences, I bring a unique blend of skills in sales, entrepreneurship, and communication. I have spent the last two years working in the fast-paced marketing industry.

I am eager to build on my previous knowledge, gain more experiences, and stay up to date with the latest digital marketing strategies through professional development. My knowledge, hardworking and determination had contributed to my success at both Cascade Reading and Allyant (FormerlyAccessible 360) companies. I conducted market research for client acquisition and CRM integration at both companies. I had a strong focus on outreach, prospecting, and lead-qualification. Within the last year I studied abroad in Greece and served in the role of Chief Marketing Officer for an entrepreneurial project. In that project I created a full marketing business portfolio with brand and logo designs, social media creations and a 5-year strategic plan that was well received by the aspiring entrepreneur. These experiences gave me better insight into the diversity and needs of those in the business world. I am ever more confident in my ability to bring my energy, creativity, and innovation to new challenges and opportunities that arise.
